刘培德

  刘培德 ,男,1966年5月出生,汉族,山东临朐人;山东财经大学管理科学与工程学院院长、山东财经大学海洋经济与管理研究中心主任、二级教授、博士生导师,国家万人计划哲学社会科学领军人才、百千万人才工程国家级人选、国家有突出贡献的中青年专家、中宣部文化名家暨四个一批理论人才、全国优秀教师,享受国务院政府特殊津贴、山东省泰山学者特聘教授、山东省本科教育教学指导委员会电子商务与物流管理类专业教学指导委员会主任委员、科睿唯安(Clarivate)2018年度全球高被引科学家、改革开放四十周年山东省社会科学名家、山东省有突出贡献的中青年专家,山东省富民兴鲁劳动奖章获得者,山东省优秀研究生指导教师,山东省优秀科技工作者并获二等功奖励,山东省高端智库专家,山东省“十强”产业—新一代信息技术产业智库专家。兼任山东省政协委员,山东省科学技术协会常务委员,中国数量经济学会常务理事,中国信息经济学会常务理事,国际电子商务联合会中国分会常务理事,中国系统工程学会决策科学专业委员会副主任委员,中国双法学会智能决策与博弈分会副理事长,中国信息经济学会信息管理专业委员会常务理事、副秘书长,中国运筹学会智能计算分会常务理事,山东省经济管理学会常务理事、副秘书长,山东经营管理研究会常务理事,山东省电子政务专家咨询委员会委员,山东省减灾委员会专家委员会副主任委员,山东省人民政府研究室特邀研究员。担任国际期刊《Marine Economics and Management》副主编、《Journal of the Society of Management Science and Engineering》主编(筹),《Journal of Intelligent and Fuzzy Systems》(SCI检索)的副主编(Associate Editor),以及《Technological and Economic Development of Economy》(SSCI检索)和《Mathematical Problems in Engineering》(SCI检索)等10余家国际期刊的编委。

在IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy systems、IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics、IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems、Information Sciences等高水平期刊发表学术论文280余篇,其中,SCI或SSCI检索论文184篇,被国内外同行引用8000余次,Web of Sciences中ESI高被引论文23篇,SCI论文H指数39,Google H指数48;入选科睿唯安(Clarivate)2018年度全球高被引科学家;连续五年(2014-2018年)入选爱思唯尔中国高被引学者(Most Cited Chinese Researchers)榜单;取得山东省社会科学优秀成果奖一等奖6项(首位)、二等奖2项(首位)、三等奖1项(第二位);山东省科技进步奖二等奖4项(首位1项),山东省科技进步奖三等奖1项(首位);山东省专利一等奖1项(首位);主持国家自然科学基金面上项目3项、国家软科学项目1项,参与国家课题5项,主持省部级重点项目等20余项;应用项目全部实现产业化,取得了显著的经济和社会效益;曾担任12个国际会议的程序委员会主席和委员。指导的研究生有1人获得山东省优秀博士学位论文,有5人获得山东省优秀硕士学位论文,2人获得山东省研究生优秀科技创新成果三等奖。
